Collaboration between Sustainable Marine Structures and ICE-SEAM 2026

We are pleased to announce that Sustainable Marine Structures (SMS) has established a collaborative partnership with the 12th International Conference and Exhibition on Sustainable Energy and Advanced Materials (ICE-SEAM 2026).
ICE-SEAM 2026 is the 12th edition of a conference series that began in 2009. The event brings together researchers, scientists, and engineers from academia and industry to discuss the advancement of sustainable energy technologies supported by advanced materials technology and design.
Conference Details
Date: 10–11 September 2026
Venue: Truntum Kuta, Bali, Indonesia
Organizers: Mechanical Engineering Program, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Indonesia; Faculty of Mechanical Technology and Engineering, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM); Mechanical Engineering Program, Universitas Udayana
As part of this collaboration, Sustainable Marine Structures will give priority consideration to selected high-quality papers presented at ICE-SEAM 2026, particularly those related to marine structures, offshore renewable energy systems, coastal engineering, advanced materials for marine applications, and sustainable ocean resource utilization. Outstanding papers recommended by the conference organizing committee and successfully passing the journal’s rigorous peer-review process may be published in Sustainable Marine Structures.
We believe this partnership will help bridge research in sustainable energy and advanced materials with the growing needs of marine structural engineering and ocean sustainability.
